1. Business analysis and holistic site audit
We always start with knowing the business, our goal being to understand the current situation and performance.
We take into account any past implementations as well as the client’s future goals.
Then we start with a holistic website audit. We audit several things such as: website technical situation, content strategy, backlink profile, current and past organic performance, positions for important keywords, etc.
In short, we try to cover as much as possible, so that we then know which recommendations are worth implementing.
2. Creating an SEO plan tailored to your needs
After we complete the site audit and the analysis of business needs, we come up with an SEO strategy to be implemented.
In this plan we mention any errors or problems found (technical errors, or problems related to content/backlinks) and what implementations can be done to improve organic performance.
Each plan is contextualized to each client’s needs and situation. Suggested implementations relate to the most impactful things that can be done to improve keyword position and increase traffic or conversions.
3. Start implementing and monitoring performance
After the proposed strategy is accepted by the client, we start the implementation process.
For some collaborations the implementations are done exclusively by the client, but in this case we analyze the implementations to make sure they are done correctly.
We structure the strategy and the proposed implementations according to the impact, and follow an implementation plan broken down over a specific period of time (depending on the period of the signed contract).
We constantly analyze the results, and adapt our strategy according to how users and search engines react.
